We will arrange a personal meeting to understand your needs and agree on the role profile and the candidate population to target. We will discuss and agree the method for the search and the type of interviews and potential assessments you would like us to perform.

05 Aftercare

Periodic post placement follow-up with both client and candidates; shortly after starting, prior to the end of the probation period and beyond.
