The best climber in the world is the one that has the most fun.Alex Lowe
The ‘Nordwand’ or the ‘North Face’ of a mountain is the most challenging, difficult, adventurous, highly prized, and most highly respected route to the summit. For hundreds of years the challenge of being the first to successfully climb the ‘Nordwand’ of the now most famous peaks in the northern hemisphere (Eiger, Matterhorn, Grandes Jorasses) have delivered us tales of extreme courage, adventure, bravery and eventual glory as the best route to the top has been unlocked.
We believe the notion of climbing a steep mountain face represents the challenge and ambition to follow a highly successful and rewarding career. Similarly, we believe the task of identifying ones organisational needs, translating these into job specifications and then applying this to a successful staffing initiative can also feel like standing at the bottom of a steep face. Fortunately, we are here to help you. We can provide you the general weather report, the technical skills, the equipment, the team-members, a route-map and the necessary encouragement to achieve even the most difficult challenges.
