Senior 2nd Level Supporter
Opening within our client for a 2nd Level Supporter to solve more technical tasks and projects coming into the Service Desk. This position is hands-on and best suited to someone with a talent for performing multiple functions effectively and simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving incoming IT queries (directly, email, phone etc)
- Prioritizing & resolving IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
- Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
- Analyzing IT system and software performance.
- Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records
- Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure high level corporate support
- Keeping informed of advancements in IT

- Windows 10, o365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SCCM,
- English speaking
