Front Office Technician
Nordwand Group is currently supporting one of their clients in sourcing a Front Office Technician with fluent Spanish & English language skills. As Front Office Technician / IT Support Technician you will act as the first technical point of call for customers seeking advice / assistance with their accounts by email or over the telephone.
You must be able to communicate effectively to understand the problems and explain the solutions to the clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Determine the best solution.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a IT Support function / Customer Services position.
- Good understanding of computer systems, installation of applications.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, German language skills (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and well presented.
