Nordwand Group is currently supporting one of their clients in sourcing a Front Office Technician with fluent Spanish & English language skills. As Front Office Technician / IT Support Technician you will act as the first technical point of call for customers seeking advice / assistance with their accounts by email or over the telephone.
You must be able to communicate effectively to understand the problems and explain the solutions to the clients.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting.
  • Determine the best solution.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.


  • 1-2 years of work experience in a IT Support function / Customer Services position.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, installation of applications.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, German language skills (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and well presented.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Motivated.
